Project Description
This documentary film provides an insight into what life was like living at Lake Kariba in Rhodesia. It was a unique period in time where people made their own entertainment and enjoying life in a small community. This story also covers some of the events surrounding the Irvin & Johnson Kariba Fishing Operations. The company’s fish products were very popular in Rhodesia.
Many of the photos and videos were photographed by family members (featured prominently in this film) during the 1960’s & 1970’s.
